  • Literally the worst movie I have ever seen

I can’t believe this movie got released, it’s a complete disaster across the board.
  • This movie portrays the very possible future

The Circle kept my attention from start to finish and I'm not quite sure why everyone is slamming it. I thought all the actor did excellent jobs. This movie is really just a slight exaggeration of what is happening right now. Cameras are already small enough to be hidden ANYWHERE the only problem is that satellite connection requires more energy than a tiny package can manage but local bluetooth transmition is used by nearly everything. There are already people that track nearly everything in their lives on camera and social media which I think is rediculous but it is happening.
  • Believe the bad reviews

    By Evelyn R
I really loved the book "The Circle", which is a captivating sci-fi of how Facebook and "always on" cameras could drive a society to its extremes. I had high hopes for the movie and neglected to read the reviews before renting. What I expected was a movie version of the brilliant TV series "Black Mirror". What I got was a silly chick flick with awful acting. I only watched the first 20 minutes, I just couldn't bear to watch the rest.
  • Trite

Hard to think of any real redeeming qualities. Boring, predictable, thin characters. Even the major actors seemed to be mailing in their performances. Spend the time watching grass grow or clouds float by, it’ll be more enlightening.

They couldn't even find a way to end the film that was interesting enough so that viewers were able to understand it was actually over.

  • Zero Stars

I wish I could give this zero stars. I want my money back. That was the worst movie I've ever seen.
  • This. Was. Bad.

17% tomatometer should tell you something. Tom Hanks and Emma Watson got our attention, but unfortunately the terrible and creepy movie lost it. I would give it zero stars if I could. Save yourself some time and money -- go rent basically anythng else instead.
